There are several legal fees for which you’re presented a bill. Some will not necessarily look like a legal bill. For example, the title abstracting, the title searching may be a legal bill. The examining of the title may be a legal bill, but it’s built into the title insurance company’s bill. If you bring your own private attorney, it’s normally billed by the number of hours times that hours attorney rate, and those rates typically from 200 to 500 an hour in the Maryland area.
