Just about everything unless it’s excluded. Anything you had your name on, or to which you have an entitlement may be included in your estate. If you’re a life beneficiary, most of the time it’s not included. But if you’re the remainderman of a deed, then it is included. You need to talk to somebody who understands the federal taxes, the state laws, and real estate probate to make it work.
